Rob Nutter our Treasurer spends many an hour keeping track of the HOA FInances. He of all of the volunteers (including the board members) works by far the hardest for our community and should be given thanks at every opportunity!

It should be noted that membership in the Sovereign Village HOA is NOT optional. When you purchased your house you agreed to the Deed of Dedication that covered the land your house is built upon and the inclusions of the SV HOA. It is every members responsibility to pay their dues on time each and every year.

Our dues are currently $150/year. The dues primarily cover the street lightening, mowing, and maintenance of the common grounds throughout our community. We are volunteer run, and NO DUES go to a management company. Our dues also cover collecting past dues from homeowners who refuse to pay their dues, this includes filing liens and other attorney fees.
